Vegan Slaw Recipe

For the slaw

  • 4 carrots, peeled and grated
  • 1 white cabbage, shredded
  • 100g pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1 bunch spring onions, washed and sliced or a standard onion
  • 2 red peppers, deseeded and sliced
  • 1 tbsp vegan yeast flavouring
  • Salt and pepper to taste


For the dressing

  • 50g maple syrup
  • 50g Dijon mustard
  • 200ml olive oil
  • 100ml cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste




Mix all the ingredients for the slaw in a large bowl.

Combine all the dressing ingredients.

Enjoy your delicious slaw within 3-days. The perfect accompaniment for sandwiches, salads or our Stir Scotch Egg!
